Alessi saucepan/casserole/frypan lid

Finished in mirror polished stainless steel these lids are in a range of sizes to fit all the"pots and pans" saucepans. The unique handle can be lifted and the lid turned by inserting a wooden spoon. Its weight provides an excellent seal to prevent evaporation. The lid also balances on its handle providing a useful place to temporarily put items from the saucepan while other items are cooked.
